Busy!

Wow things are busy!! There's lots of things going at the house and WOW is work busy too!!!!! That's probably a good thing because it's making the time fly by but it's making it a little harder to keep up with what needs to go on at the house...but things are going pretty smooth.

Lots has happened in a week - the driveway and most of the cabinets are in. The trim guys are there working away and the electrician and HVAC guys are doing a little bit at a time so that we won't be waiting on them at the end. We passed the 30 day temporary release inspection yesterday so most likely today we'll have real power in the house so that when i flip a switch a light actually comes on and the heat will be on. The heat will have to be turned on to regulate the temperature in the house so the wood flooring can be delivered and have the opportunity to expand/shrink whatever it does. The install of that should start on the 31st.

The cabinets and tile will be complete by the weekend, possibly the trim as well but they might have to come back and finish up a few things later. The wood flooring next week, the painters and plumbers the following week then the carpet.

The MOST IMPORTANT thing recently added was the basketball goal - we had a "friendly" family game on Easter which was awesome!!!! :) :) :) :)
