So...nothing can be easy :) We did know that on my lot at the back there are some natural springs which means great well water however what we didn't know is there is one on the front of the lot as well. So when the State installed the pipe for the driveway they blocked the natural spring from draining and water was pretty much just sitting up under where the driveway will be. So, the guy doing the driveway hit water as soon as he started grading so he had to install drain tile under my driveway and let it dry out in order to pack it and finish grading it. So, finally that is complete and it seems to have set up good. We will have to come back after the house is built and put down more rock etc. anyway so we have it good enough now for the contractors etc. to get in and out! 
The blueprint is READY!!! I pick it up tomorrow after work...so lots of updates to come soon. Next steps: Stock Supply to do a take off list, Hawk's Daddy to set up where my footings will be dug, building permit and bank loan.
